The Social Media and Website Committee is in charge of posting and setting up activities related to our Social Media platforms and editing our website.
The Chair of the Social Media and Website Committee is held by the Historian of the Executive Board. This position is currently held by Kimberly Black.

Assist the Chair with managing the website and social media platforms
Communicate with board and members regarding issues with the website
Respond to time sensitive communication within 24 hours, or sooner, if possible
Collaborate with the other Pi Chapter Committees to support event promotion
Submit a monthly report (even if chair is unable to attend meetings)
Submit an annual report for the annual Board Retreat
Committee meetings – 1 hour per month
Website Maintenance and updates – 30 minutes per month
Responding to committee or board inquiries – 1 hour per month
Occasional website postings – 1 to 2 hours per month (approximately 20 to 30 minutes per week)
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the chair – 1 hour per month
Total approximate commitment per month – 6 hours
